Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Euredas collects, uses, shares and protects personal data through its marketing website at www.euredas.ai (the “Site”). It covers the waitlist you can join, the analytics we run with your consent, and the rights you have over your data. It applies to this marketing Site only — the Euredas product application (sign-in, dashboard and onboarding) is a separate service with its own privacy notice.
1. Scope & who this applies to
This policy applies to visitors to our marketing Site and to people who join our waitlist. It describes our practices as the business behind Euredas. Where this policy refers to “personal data”, we mean information that identifies or relates to an identifiable individual.
The separate Euredas product application — where signed-in customers run campaigns — is governed by its own agreements and privacy notice, not this one. This Site does not host sign-in, dashboards or onboarding.
2. Who we are (data controller)
Euredas is a vertical of Technologically Accelerated Robust Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, a company registered in India. This company decides why and how your personal data is processed for this Site and is the data controller (and the “Data Fiduciary” under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).
You can raise any privacy question, request or grievance with us at the address above; we act as our own grievance-redressal contact for the Site.
3. The personal data we collect
a. Information you give us — the waitlist
If you choose to join our waitlist, we collect what you enter in the form. Only your name and work email are required; the rest is optional.

An invisible anti-spam “honeypot” field is present in the form; anything entered there is used only to detect bots and is not stored.
b. Analytics & usage data — only if you opt in
If you accept analytics in our cookie banner, our analytics providers collect data about how you use the Site (pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, broad audience trends, and — via session replay — a masked recording of on-screen interactions). Until you opt in, Google Analytics runs cookieless and Microsoft Clarity does not load at all. See ourCookie Policy for the full detail.
c. Technical data
Like most websites, our hosting and performance tools automatically receive limited technical data needed to serve and secure the Site — such as your IP address, device and browser type, and approximate location inferred from your IP. Our Speed Insights tool measures anonymous, cookieless performance metrics and needs no consent.
d. Country detection
When you open the waitlist form, we make a single request to a third-party service (geojs.io) to detect your country from your IP address, so we can pre-select the correct phone dialing code. This is a convenience only — it sets no cookies, is not used for tracking, and the result is not stored with your waitlist entry.
We set no first-party cookies. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser's local storage (not a cookie) and never leaves your device.
4. How & why we use it (legal bases)
We only use your personal data for the purposes below. Where the law requires a legal basis (for example the DPDP Act in India, or the GDPR for visitors in the EEA/UK), the basis we rely on is shown alongside each purpose.

We do not use your data to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, and we do not sell your personal data.
5. Marketing communications
If you join the waitlist, you agree that we may email you about early access, launches, and related product updates and offers. Every marketing email includes an easy way to unsubscribe, and you can withdraw your consent at any time — either by using the unsubscribe link or by emailing privacy@euredas.ai. Withdrawing consent stops future marketing but does not affect processing we already carried out lawfully.
8. International data transfers
Your waitlist data is stored in India (our Supabase database is hosted in the Mumbai region). Some usage and technical data may be processed outside India, including in the United States and the EEA, by our analytics and hosting providers — and, for analytics, only after you opt in. Where data is transferred internationally, those providers apply their own legal safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses). 9. How long we keep it
- Waitlist data — we keep it until you ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent, after which we erase it unless we are required to retain it by law. We also review our data periodically and remove what we no longer need.
- Analytics data — retained by Google and Microsoft according to their own policies and your consent; you can withdraw consent at any time.
- Your cookie choice — stored in your browser's local storage until you clear it or we publish a new consent version.
10. How we protect it
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data:
- All traffic to the Site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
- The waitlist database is insert-only: strict row-level security means the public key used by the website can add an entry but can never read entries back, so leads cannot be listed from the browser.
- Database constraints and the honeypot guard against spam and malformed data, and we apply least-privilege access on a dedicated project.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your data we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your rights & how to exercise them
Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data — including under India'sDigital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where applicable, the EU/UKGDPR. These can include the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and information about how we use it;
- correct or complete inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erase your data (and have us ask our processors to do the same);
- withdraw consent at any time, including for analytics and marketing;
- restrict or object to certain processing, and — under the GDPR — data portability;
- nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity (under the DPDP Act);
- raise a grievance with us and have it addressed.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@euredas.ai. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. Exercising these rights is free unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with theData Protection Board of India or, if you are in the EEA/UK, with your local data-protection supervisory authority.
12. Children's data
The Site and Euredas are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it. Where the DPDP Act requires verifiable parental consent for a child's data, we will act accordingly.
13. Third-party links
Our Site and communications may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. This policy does not cover those sites — please review their own privacy policies before sharing any personal data with them.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our Site, tools, or the law change. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we'll take reasonable steps to notify you — for example, by a notice on the Site or by email where appropriate.
