Cookie Policy
Last updated: 15 July 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Euredas uses cookies and similar technologies on its marketing website at www.euredas.ai (the “Site”), what data they involve, and the choices you have. It applies to this marketing Site only — the Euredas product application (sign-in, dashboard and onboarding) is a separate service with its own notices.
2. The cookies & storage we use
We group technologies into two categories:
Strictly necessary (always active)
Required for the Site to remember your privacy choice and function correctly. These cannot be switched off, and they set no marketing or tracking identifiers.
| Item | Type | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| euredas_cookie_consent | Local storage (first-party) | Remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics, plus a version number and timestamp, so we don't re-ask on every page. | Until you clear it or we release a new policy version |
Analytics & performance (optional — off until you opt in)
Help us understand how the Site is used so we can improve it. No analytics cookies are set until you accept. Microsoft Clarity doesn't load at all until then; Google Analytics loads in a cookieless state (Consent Mode v2) and only sets cookies once you opt in. They are provided by third parties, which may set their own cookies once you've accepted (see the next section).
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate usage measurement (pages viewed, broad audience trends). It runs under Google Consent Mode v2: until you opt in it stays cookieless (analytics_storage: denied) and only flips to setting cookies once you accept.
- Microsoft Clarity — product analytics includingsession replay and heatmaps (how visitors scroll and click, to spot usability issues). Clarity is hard-gated: its script is only injected after you accept — nothing loads beforehand.
3. Third-party cookies (only after you opt in)
If — and only if — you accept analytics, the following third-party providers may set cookies on your device. We don't control these cookies; the names and lifetimes below are typical values set by the providers and may change. See each provider's own policy for the authoritative list.
Google Analytics (Google LLC; Google Ireland Limited for visitors in the EEA, UK & Switzerland)
| Cookie | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Distinguishes unique visitors | 2 years |
| _ga_<id> | Persists session state for a GA4 property | 2 years |
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation; Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd for visitors in the EEA, UK & Switzerland)
| Cookie | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
| _clck | Persists a Clarity user ID for the Site | 1 year |
| _clsk | Connects multiple page views into one session | 1 day |
| CLID | Identifies first-time vs returning visitors | 1 year |
| ANONCHK | Checks whether an ID is used for advertising — Clarity does not use it for ad targeting | ~10 minutes |
| MR / MUID / SM | Microsoft-set identifiers used to sync/measure across Microsoft services | Session to ~1 year |
We keep Clarity's data-masking on a balanced setting so on-screen text is masked by default in recordings, as an added safeguard against capturing sensitive input.
4. Other technologies & data flows
A few things run without cookies. For transparency:
- Performance measurement (Core Web Vitals) — we measure real-user performance (load speed, layout stability, responsiveness) in your browser and report it through Google Analytics as anonymous events. This follows the same consent rules as the rest of our analytics:cookieless by default, and no cookies are ever set unless you opt in via the cookie banner.
- Country detection (geojs.io) — when you open the waitlist form, we make a single request to get.geojs.io to detect your country from your IP address, so we can pre-select the right phone dialing code. This is a functional convenience, sets no cookies, and is not used for tracking. If it fails, we default to India.
- Fonts — all fonts are served from our own domain. We do not use a third-party font CDN, so no font provider receives your data.
5. How consent gating works
On your first visit we show a banner and set analytics to denied by default. Nothing that requires consent runs until you choose:
- Google Analytics loads in a cookieless state via Consent Mode v2 and only begins setting cookies when you grant consent.
- Microsoft Clarity is not loaded at all unless you grant consent.
- Speed Insights is cookieless and runs regardless of your analytics choice.
If you later withdraw consent, Google Analytics returns to its cookieless denied state and Clarity stops loading on new page views (an in-progress Clarity session clears on your next page load).
6. Managing or withdrawing your consent
- On this Site: open(also linked in the footer of every page) to change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time.
- In your browser: you can block or delete cookies and clear local storage via your browser settings. Doing so will also clear your saved choice here, so the banner will appear again.
- Opt out of Google Analytics across sites using Google'sbrowser opt-out add-on.
- Learn more about Microsoft Clarity in theMicrosoft Privacy Statement.
7. International data transfers
Where you opt in to analytics, data may be processed by our providers outside India, including in the United States and other countries, under their own contractual and legal safeguards. SeeGoogle's Privacy Policyand theMicrosoft Privacy Statementfor details of how each provider handles and transfers data.
8. Personal data & the waitlist
Separately from cookies, if you choose to join our waitlist we collect the details you submit (such as your name, work email, and — optionally — phone, company, role, industry and goals) to contact you about early access and product updates. This is form data, not a cookie, and it is processed with your consent. How we handle this personal data — the purposes, legal bases, retention, sharing and your rights — is set out in full in ourPrivacy Policy. You can also reach us using the contact details below with any questions.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data — including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where applicable, the EU/UK GDPR. These can include the right to access, correct, or erase your data, to withdraw consent, and to raise a grievance. To exercise any of these, contact us at privacy@euredas.ai and we'll respond in line with applicable law.
10. Who we are & how to contact us
Euredas is a vertical of Technologically Accelerated Robust Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, a company registered in India, which acts as the data controller for this Site.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our Site, tools, or the law change. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. For material changes to how we use analytics, we update our consent version, which re-prompts you to make a fresh choice the next time you visit.
